About the mission
In India, Jesus Family serves in two regions. In South India we work across Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. In North India we serve in Punjab, Haryana, Bihar, Odisha, Jharkhand and Manipur.
Elderly men and women find safety and care at our shelter home. Widows and women rebuild their lives through tailoring skills and monthly support. Pastors, including blind pastors, are encouraged and equipped to lead their congregations, and our outreach brings dignity to the vulnerable and hope to the forgotten.

How we serve in India
Each ministry meets spiritual and practical needs together, so the gospel is shown as well as spoken.
Church planting and outreach
96 churches across South and North India, 24 of them in JFM-owned buildings. Three slum ministries in Punjab reach marginalized communities with the gospel, food and care.
Yesuvin Kudumbam Shelter Home
In Sadayalputhur, elderly men and women who have no one to care for them receive a safe home, daily care and a loving family in Christ.
Tailoring schools
Four schools, three in South India and one in Punjab, where women and widows learn a trade so they can support their families.
Widow pension support
Monthly assistance for more than 100 widows in the Thiruvannamalai region, Punjab and Bihar.
Blind pastors and persons with disabilities
Monthly care for 4 blind pastors who continue to shepherd their people, and for 7 persons with disabilities.
Children and orphan support
Education support for children in Pudhukottai and Sadayalputhur, and support for orphaned children in North India.
